We are seeking a Senior Solution Designer to join our team of experts in conversational AI solutions.

This role is critical in designing and implementing complex solutions that meet client needs, leveraging our expertise in cloud architecture and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, cloud computing, and ISO 27001 standards, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement complex solutions for clients using cloud-based technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical objectives with business goals
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably with cloud architecture and services (e.g. Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, integration strategies, and data management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
