Customer Success Advocate

In this mid-senior level position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. You will provide expert technical support via various communication channels, ensuring customers get the most out of Firmable's platform.
As a key member of our team, you will troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, integrations, and data discrepancies. You will also assist customers in integrating Firmable with their CRM and other sales/marketing tools, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality technical support to customers.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers in maximizing their platform experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Contribute to product improvements based on customer feedback.
