About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Flexhive, an on-demand talent platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and email queries in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process and track orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goals, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Maintain administrative accuracy, complete data entry tasks, and ensure smooth client engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment, remaining calm and composed when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Skilled in problem-solving within structured guidelines, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • A professional and trustworthy approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Call centre experience is preferred but not essential, as we are looking for individuals who can adapt quickly and thrive in our dynamic environment.
