Job DescriptionOur client, an elderly lady living at home in Long Jetty, is seeking a friendly and outgoing volunteer to visit her regularly. She loves a good conversation and a cuppa, and would greatly appreciate someone who can engage with her on a daily basis.
The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme is a great way to make a positive impact on someone's life. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
As a social visitor, you will have the opportunity to build a strong relationship with your client and make a real difference in their life. You will also have the chance to learn more about the local community and meet new people.
Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
