Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of administrative tasks associated with workers compensation.

This role requires strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills to effectively handle the administrative demands of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurately manage claims, certificates, payments, and internal reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with internal systems, audit protocols, and South Australia's self-insurance scheme.
  • Work closely across teams to support injury management and ensure seamless claims processing.
Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in administrative functions, preferably within HR, insurance, or workplace safety.
