Job Description

About the Role

  • Proactively identify and engage new clients within the tech sector to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • SOURCE AND ATTRACT TOP TECHNOLOGY TALENT FOR VARIOUS IN-DEMAND ROLES, ALIGNING CANDIDATES WITH CLIENT NEEDS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tech hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through effective networking, lead generation, and market intelligence.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a successful Tech Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on business development in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-caliber technology professionals while expanding client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
