Job Title

Clerical Team Leader is a key role within our administration team, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to manage daily operations effectively.

About The Role

Our administration team provides essential support to the Admissions and Booking department, serving as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of administrators to achieve departmental goals and objectives;
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and improving service delivery;
  • Collaborating with the Admission and Bookings Department Manager to coordinate clerical and human resource functions across the department.
Requirements
