Mortgage Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused mortgage professional to join our growing team. As a mortgage broker, you will be responsible for managing the full lending process from client onboarding through to settlement and discharge. Your role will involve developing new markets, building channels, and converting leads into closed deals.
As a key member of our team, you will consult clients on tailored finance solutions, provide debt consolidation advice, and deliver expert brokerage services across a range of lending products including residential, development, SMSF, commercial, and asset finance. You will maintain strong professional relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners while ensuring compliance and exceptional client outcomes.
Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in mortgage broking or a related field.
Knowledge of debt consolidation strategies and mortgage marketing.
Demonstrated ability to develop markets, build channels, and convert leads into deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in finance or mortgage broking (Cert IV preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
