Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to provide crucial sales support for our national accounts.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing inventory and creating insertion orders during the pre-sales phase. You will also manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across various teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during the pre-sales phase.
  • Manage campaign assets and promptly address client change requests.
  • Act as the key liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients.

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You have a solid grasp of digital media and the client/media agency relationship.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
