About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join their high-performing team in Tullamarine. This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and sales representatives. You'll work closely with internal teams, dealer networks, and customers to manage finance applications, documentation, and enquiries, while contributing to an efficient and customer-focused operation.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role offering the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the financial services side of a global industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer finance applications and prepare supporting documentation

Provide high-level support to sales representatives and customers via phone and email

Manage data with accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth deal progression

Continuously contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance customer experience

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive professional who thrives in a team environment and demonstrates strong organisational and customer service skills. To succeed, you'll bring :

Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded) and Microsoft Office Suite

A degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or sales (or relevant experience)

Experience in financial services or exposure to finance-related products will be highly valued.
