We're shaping the future of the energy sector with confidence. Our team will help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.
The opportunity lies in harnessing capital and delivering impactful M&A solutions that drive the transition to a sustainable, green future.

- Our execution of transactions spans various segments of the energy sector including renewable energy generation, storage, transmission build out and optimisation strategies for infrastructure investors, developers and utilities across the mid-market and majors.
This is a hybrid position based in either Melbourne or Sydney. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative strategies for energy sector M&A transactions, managing engagement teams to undertake acquisition or disposal of energy projects, portfolios or businesses, and providing expert advice on regulatory compliance issues specific to the energy sector.
- You'll oversee the preparation of detailed investment materials, supporting financial analyses and models that assist clients in their decision-making processes.
- Your ability to identify critical issues impacting purchase price negotiations and deal structuring efforts will be essential.
- You'll project manage teams effectively while overseeing information flows among key stakeholders.
Skills and attributes for success include proven experience in a transaction role within an advisory environment, demonstrated expertise in M&A, project and corporate finance structuring, a deep knowledge of the energy market fundamentals, relevant technologies, supply chains, public policy implications and general project development challenges and opportunities.
- A strong desire to make a difference in decarbonising our economy with evident passion for the energy sector is required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, engineering and/or law is preferred.
- Strong work ethic coupled with adaptability towards new challenges within a collaborative team setting: resilient and creative thinking is key to overcoming hurdles to get deals over the finishing line.
Benefits: A unique opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
