The successful candidate will have deep experience in providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to clients while leading multiple high-profile contaminated sites projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage various projects including mine sites, industrial sites, transport infrastructure, and defense projects.
  • Conduct thorough technical quality reviews and provide final approval.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to help develop the technical capabilities within the team.
  • Drive business growth for our Contaminated Land and Water division within the Mining, Transport & Infrastructure or Oil & Gas sector.
  • Promote and maintain excellent client relationships, overseeing pursuit prioritization.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in providing technical leadership and strategic advice to clients.
  • Substantial experience overseeing field programs, with a focus on the Mining, Transport & Infrastructure or Oil & Gas sector.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks on large-scale projects.
  • Experience in managing, tracking, and meeting client funding targets.
