Job Title

A key role in supporting the smooth operation of events and activities within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent experience for clients.
  • Effectively manage calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the right team or resource.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are set up to meet client requirements, delivering a seamless experience.
  • Stay organized, working independently, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Act as a Fire Warden and First Aider when required, demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Customer service experience in event operations or corporate hospitality, with a proven ability to provide exceptional experiences.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well both alone and with others, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
