Senior Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate senior physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload tailored to your interests, including neurological, hydrotherapy, assistive technology, paediatrics, aged care, or a diverse generalist mix.

About the Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of clients with different needs, including community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting appointments and working from home or joining the team in an Adelaide office.
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
  • Utilize your skills to motivate and empower clients, with NDIS experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Participate in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
  • Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
  • Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • You have 3+ years of experience working as a Physiotherapist.
  • You have 1+ years of experience working directly with NDIS clients.
  • You will be available to work full-time.
  • You have full Australian working rights.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
