About the Role

Calvary Adelaide Hospital, one of Australia's leading health care providers, is seeking dynamic Physiotherapists to join its multidisciplinary Allied Health team. The successful candidates will work in acute and rehabilitation settings on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing team-oriented Allied Health interdisciplinary care.
  • Maintaining high standards of clinical and professional practice.
  • Demonstrating high level critical thinking ability.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with various conditions.
  • Developing and progressing individual treatment plans.
  • Creating patient-focused goals.
  • Ensuring safe and timely discharges for patients.
  • Prescribing and arranging for necessary equipment.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy, allowing registration with the relevant authorities.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting the physiotherapy team in delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a desire to be part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in using computers to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across different healthcare settings.
  • Willingness to undertake pool rescue training and participate in hydrotherapy sessions.
