As a Graduate Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work in acute and rehabilitation settings, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Our multidisciplinary Allied Health team provides high-quality Physiotherapy services to a range of patients, specializing in both acute care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team-oriented interdisciplinary care, promoting a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • High standard of clinical and professional practice, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
  • High-level critical thinking ability, applying knowledge and skills to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Comprehensive assessment of patients with diverse conditions, identifying individual needs and developing tailored interventions.
  • Create, monitor, and progress individual treatment plans, ensuring effective patient outcomes.
  • Development of patient-focused goals, working collaboratively with patients and their families.
  • Discharge planning with patients to ensure a safe and timely discharge, promoting continuity of care.
  • Prescribing and arranging for provision of appropriate equipment, optimising patient comfort and independence.
What You Bring:
  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy, which entitles registration with the relevant authority.
  • Enthusiasm to support the physiotherapy team in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to relevant professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends.
  • Ability to engage and work collaboratively with internal and external agencies, fostering strong relationships.
  • Computer literate, with ability to organise, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across acute, rehabilitation, and ambulatory daypatient services, adapting to changing needs.
  • Willingness to undertake pool rescue training and participate in hydrotherapy sessions, enhancing patient care.
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others.
