We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our back-end Major Projects and Construction team located in Melbourne on a full-time basis.
The Role: Project Manager Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate with solid dispute resolution experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop project plans, and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making informed recommendations to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Senior Associate with solid dispute resolution experience.
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality results, exceeding client expectations, and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success.
