Job Summary

About the Role

You will work closely with residents, Asset and Housing teams to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all community members. This includes providing person-centered service, supporting independence, and fostering a sense of connection among residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver respectful and professional service to Retirement Village contract holders.
  • Support residents' wellbeing, independence, and sense of belonging.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate maintenance and refurbishment works.
  • Manage records, correspondence, and reporting using Uniting systems.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and harmonious community culture.
  • Participate in planning and support annual meetings with residents.

  • Display excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
