Job Title: Digital Identity Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Identity Director to lead our team in delivering innovative and sustainable Digital Identity services and solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead client engagements and provide deep technical and architectural leadership to a team of specialists.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes to clients across the entire delivery lifecycle, including strategy, solution architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Contribute to the strategy, growth, and development of our CIAM capabilities and service offerings.
  • Develop innovative thought leadership through the creation of internal tools and procedures, new methodologies, and identification of new technical service offerings.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years proven experience in Identity and Access Management, providing IAM strategy and architectural services across CIAM and Access Management.
  • Experience leading IAM delivery teams, engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders to design and communicate architectural concepts.
  • Familiarity with market-leading products in the CIAM space and certifications in at least one vendor solution (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta Auth0).
