About the RoleThe Procurement Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes, supporting site-based staff with procurement needs, and maintaining accurate records.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Administration: Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Purchase Order Management: Assist the Project and Head Office teams across the package, material, and service needs, creating and following up on Purchase Orders and minimising risk to the company.
- Vendor Management: Support all departments to ensure suppliers documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Data Analysis: Using Excel to track Vendors and monitor procurement inbox, filter enquiries through to relevant parties.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years' experience in a Procurement Administrator or Purchasing role with knowledge and understanding of the Civil and Construction or Mining Infrastructure industries.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Thorough attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry Vendor regulations and compliance standards.
