As a Client Experience Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their interaction with us.

Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building trust, and creating connections. They are high-energy and positive, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Dispatcher to ensure jobs are scheduled with accuracy and care. You will also be responsible for following up with clients after service, handling feedback, and making sure every client feels heard and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first impression – answer calls with warmth, listen intently, and make clients feel valued from the very first second.
  • Build relationships that last – get to know our clients, understand their needs, and create trust that keeps them coming back.
  • Coordinate with our team – work closely together to ensure jobs are scheduled with accuracy and care.
  • Follow up like a pro – check in after service, handle feedback, and make sure every client feels heard and appreciated.
  • Find solutions – when challenges pop up, you’re the one finding the path forward, keeping things calm and professional.
