Education Manager

We're seeking an experienced Education Manager to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services in five Melbourne locations.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a service at a primary school, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of Educators, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop engaging programs and activities that cater to diverse interests and needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, schools, and the community, fostering strong relationships.
- Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient operations.
- Design and implement child-centered programs, incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and administration.
We're seeking an individual who is passionate about working with children and has a strong educational background. Key qualifications include:
- A relevant Diploma or higher (e.g., Certificate IV in Out of School Care).
- A current and valid Working with Children Check.
- A current and valid First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis).
- Australian work rights.
