The Sustainability Consulting team is seeking a highly motivated Senior/Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a professional who possesses a strong foundation in building systems, mechanical engineering, or combined expertise in sustainable design and building performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client programs for sustainable buildings and oversee project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance.
  • Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings.
  • Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development.
  • Support Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors).
  • Apply mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and integrate renewable energy.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analytical models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations.
  • Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools.
  • A proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Project management experience with demonstrated client relationship capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Building performance simulation experience (IES or similar).
  • Chartered Engineer status or working toward chartership.
  • Green Star Accredited Professional certification.
  • NABERS Assessor accreditation.
  • CBD Accreditation.
