Sustainable Building Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sustainable Building Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients towards a more sustainable and low-carbon future.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations. They will also possess expertise in Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools, as well as a proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development.

Responsibilities will include leading sustainable building client programs and project delivery, conducting comprehensive site assessments and energy audits, developing and implementing Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings, delivering NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development, and supporting Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors).

You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for sustainable building solutions, develop innovative strategies, and implement cost-effective solutions that meet their needs. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in producing high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analytical models.
