Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our multi-residential development in Brisbane. This 12-story project with a three-level basement across two towers represents a significant addition to the city's evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative team culture that drives excellence and innovation
  • Implement robust governance frameworks ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Drive strategic project planning across design, pre-construction, and construction phases
  • Manage detailed project budgets with meticulous cost control and financial tracking
  • Negotiate optimal terms with vendors and subcontractors to maximize project outcomes
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage risks with proactive problem-solving approaches
  • Oversee comprehensive quality assurance processes that exceed client expectations
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' construction experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large-scale multi-residential developments
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, with relevant technical qualifications
  • QBCC Open Site Supervisor license (essential)
