Marketing Co-ordinator

As a creative, detail-driven Marketing Co-ordinator, you will plan, create, and execute high-impact content across our website and social platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
You will work collaboratively with a team of creatives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, immersed in the fashion industry, utilising a diverse range of skills to drive brand recognition and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and curate engaging content tailored for our social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and schedule daily content for both brands' social media platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly/seasonal campaign shoots and fortnightly e-commerce shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes content alongside the creative team.
- Edit imagery and produce short-form video content optimised for social media.
- Generate Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, refining the digital strategy to maximise results.
- Assist in maintaining and updating our Magento e-commerce website.
- Analyse digital trends and implement fresh ideas and innovative strategies to grow engagement and conversions.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1–2 years in a marketing or social media role.
- Highly skilled in the use of social media platforms and content editing platforms such as Canva and Capcut.
- Degree in marketing or creative field preferred but not compulsory.
