Speech Pathologist Career Advancement Opportunity

You will be further developing your knowledge and skills as a Speech Pathologist to support adults and children with various presentations.

  • Comprehensive Induction Program

You will participate in an intensive 12-week induction program with our team of experienced therapists, who will assist you in understanding how you can help clients achieve their goals. You will learn from supportive therapists and gain valuable experience in client sessions.

  • Reduced Caseload and Support

For the first 3 months, you will have a reduced caseload, allowing you to get familiar with our team and processes. You will also be supported by your Clinical Supervisor, who will regularly assist you in client sessions for your first 12 months.

  • Ongoing Supervision and Development

You will receive regular quarterly professional development opportunities with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organization. Additionally, you will have monthly coaching from our Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals.

Buddy Support and Supervision

You will be allocated a buddy to support you through your induction and beyond. You will also receive weekly clinical 1:1 supervision in a safe and supportive environment from an experienced Speech Pathologist for your initial 4 months, progressing to fortnightly and monthly as you develop your skills.

  • Clinical Opportunities and Training

You will have the opportunity to observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions. You will also have access to our online Learning and training library, providing you with ongoing support and resources to enhance your skills.

We guarantee ongoing and consistent supervision, training, and support from our team of Speech Pathologists as well as the broader allied health team.
