The Role We Offer

This role plays a vital link between our organization and our valued customers. As a Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include interacting with customers, building relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the service process.

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating customer appointments and scheduling repairs or maintenance
  • Meeting and greeting customers, explaining services rendered, and addressing any concerns
  • Resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Assisting the Service Manager in maintaining accurate records and managing inventory
  • Performing administrative tasks as required

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including customer relationship management systems
