Job Title: Senior Manager

Our Opportunity

The Deal Advisory Tax Team is a market-leading, dynamic team that works on significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover a breadth of industries, including Real Estate, Private Equity and Infrastructure.

  • We are looking for a Senior Manager with an interest in Real Estate to join the team – someone with experience working with corporate clients and the drive to contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice, utilizing your qualifications and expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Services
Structuring, with a focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts
Tax due diligence and transaction document review
Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing trust and company tax returns
Research and analyze technical tax issues
Transaction-related ATO and FIRB correspondence

Team Leadership
Mentor, develop, and lead teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements
