We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our Real Estate Advisory and Project Management team in Perth.

As a Valuer or Trainee Valuer, you will have the opportunity to broaden your real estate experience, understand new and emerging sub-sectors, and learn how to value specialised real estate assets.

You will work on a diverse range of projects, including valuations, strategic advisory, development feasibility, and financial modelling. This will give you exposure to various real estate issues, sectors, and clients, as well as other functions within our network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with valuation assignments of stabilised property, development projects, and specialised property assets.
  • Providing financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of projects and transactions.
  • Supporting major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including preparing business cases, transaction strategies, and development advisory.
  • Providing specialist due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios.
  • Undertaking market research, trend analysis, and contributing to thought leadership papers.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A clear desire to build on or broaden their existing valuation experience by working in new and emerging property sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of core property valuation principles, value drivers, and methodologies.
  • Experience or qualification in Property or Property Valuation, or looking to work towards professional accreditation such as CPV of the API or RICS, CFA, CPA, or ACA.
  • An understanding of the development process or property transactions.
