Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals in store operations, focusing on cleaning and trolley collection tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team productivity and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify areas of opportunity and drive business growth.
  • Manage daily tasks and operations, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role, which may involve working in various environments, including store floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
  • Hold a valid full Australian driver's license, as driving may be required for trolley collection duties.
  • Be comfortable working within a regulated framework, adhering to food safety and industrial regulations.
