About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Kirinari Community Services Limited.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

You will provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic duties
  • Support customers to access community activities and services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
