Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and participate in site improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot plant equipment issues, providing sustainable solutions and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to identify and resolve deviations from desired processes.
  • Respond promptly to breakdown situations to repair plant equipment as requested by management or supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, notifications, and work activities using relevant systems and registers.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate in Fitting and Turning.
  • Good welding skills and proficiency in Lathe and Milling operations.
  • Experience in Hydraulics & Pneumatics, motor gearboxes, and pumps.
  • Problem-solving skills related to manufacturing environments.
