- Be a Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
- Thrive in team environments, embracing leadership responsibilities and motivated by continuous learning and innovation in care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR certification and driver's licence.
- Experience in aged care or similar clinical settings.
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills.
- Competency in electronic documentation and Microsoft Office suite.
