Job Description

The Full Time Warehouse Team Manager will lead and manage a team of 15-20 employees in a warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring KPIs and targets are consistently met, overseeing daily warehouse operations within the team, implementing and maintaining safety protocols, providing training and support to team members, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This is a stepping stone into a future Team Leader position within the business, offering growth and expansion opportunities for the right candidate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Available: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
  • Experience: Leading a team in a similar environment and size
  • RF Scanner Knowledge: Beneficial
  • Flexibility: Work as a team to complete tasks
  • Positivity: Create an inclusive and supportive environment
  • Clear Police Check: Required before commencement
  • Warehouse Management System Understanding: Particularly Manhattan (beneficial but not essential)
  • Attention to Detail: Essential
  • Fast-Paced Environment Experience: Prior exposure
  • Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety
  • Full Working Rights: Must have unrestricted work rights
