About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our state-of-the-art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located at Redbank. In this role, you will play a key part in moving grocery products through our supply chain, helping create seamless in-store experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading, unloading, picking, wrapping, moving, stacking, unstacking, tote handling, and decanting processes using material handling equipment (MHE) and ADC equipment
  • Completing housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Working effectively in a team environment to achieve operational goals
  • Communicating clearly and accurately with colleagues and management
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience as an order selector or production line operator
  • Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working on your own and following set instructions
  • Able to lift moderate to heavy loads and stand for long periods
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
