We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team in Redbank Plains. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of an organization that values positivity, beauty, and making a difference.

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, and replenishing stock levels. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity in your work.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehousing principles and practices. Knowledge of RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS) would be highly beneficial. You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. A clear police check is also required prior to commencement.

We offer a competitive salary of $33 per hour, plus benefits such as positive work environment, attractive pay rates, work-life balance, and opportunities for development and training. About the role:

  • Receiving and inbound: Restacking pallets using RF scanners
  • Pickers: RF scanners and trolleys to pick orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Packers: Pack customer orders with high attention to detail
  • Replenishment: RF scanners to replenish the warehouse floor
  • Dispatch: Prepare pallets, shrink wrapping, and RF scanning
