Psychology Career Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and creative Clinical or Registered Psychologist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing effective mental health care to clients across the age range.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess sound organisational and record-keeping skills.

  • Purpose-built therapy rooms on the northern Gold Coast.
  • A warm and welcoming environment that promotes ease and calm for staff and clients.
  • Full administrative support, including booking management and payment processing.
  • Peer supervision and support.
  • The opportunity to bring your own creative spirit to run groups or other programs within our purpose-built group space.

Choice of engagement:

  • Salaried position with stable income, leave entitlements, and set hours.
  • Independent contractor role with flexibility to create your own client niche and set your own days and work hours.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following key attributes:

  • Motivation, creativity, and self-reflection.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Full registration with AHPRA and eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
  • Sound organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (for contractor option).
