Data Engineer Career Starter

Pursue a fulfilling career in data science by joining our Data Engineer graduate internship program. As a Data Engineer Intern, you will be part of a high-performing team that leverages machine learning and deep learning technologies to drive business growth.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in data extraction, manipulation, artificial intelligence, and database development. You will work with Python to clean, wrangle, and visualize data, and implement extract-load data pipelines using OLTP databases, OLAP databases, ORMs, and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data to identify trends and inform business decisions
  • Extract and process large-complex data sources using Python
  • Support Senior Data Engineers through various data extraction techniques
  • Design and develop database schemas
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to collect and analyse large datasets
What You Will Learn:
  • Develop expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps, micro-services, serverless architectures, and deployments (ideally AWS)
  • Gain hands-on experience working with multiple databases
  • Improve your skills in data cleaning, wrangling, and visualization using Python
