About the RoleWe are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work across our clinics as the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service to patients, referrers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Answering calls and providing a friendly, professional voice to patients and referrers
- Scheduling appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage
- Maximizing efficiency by managing appointments and referrals
- Preparing patients for procedures, including communication of preparation requirements and costing estimates
