About the RoleWe are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work across our clinics as the face of our organization, delivering high standards of service to patients, referrers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Answering calls and being the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
- Scheduling appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage.
- Maximizing efficiency by managing appointments and referrals.
- Preparing patients for procedures, including communication, preparation, and costing estimates.
