Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

Our services include social support, meal preparation, personal care, and high needs care in a supportive environment with regular clients.

Transport shifts require a driver's licence and a reliable car due to the high demand for transport.

Our philosophy is built on empathy, partnership, respect, and quality in complex needs care.

Passionate caregivers with experience working with children/adults with disabilities such as Seizure Management, Dementia, or Mental Health are ideal candidates.

Overseas Nursing/Medical qualifications are recognised.

Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Disability (or Aged/Individual Support) Care or equivalent. Recognition given to suitable overseas Nursing/Medical or related qualifications
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination
- Smart phone
- Punctuality and Reliability
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Current Driver's Licence
