We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker.

This role involves providing person-centred care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations, contributing to the development of customer support plans, and supporting customers with daily living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other needs.

  • Deliver high-quality care services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for individuals with disabilities
  • Collaborate with customers, families, caregivers, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers, promoting confidence and self-esteem
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing
  • Relevant experience in the disability or aged care sector
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisation skills
