Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as a Senior Partner with potential for future equity buy-in. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.

You will be responsible for leading client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, mentoring and developing staff, and contributing to strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Uphold and promote the firm's professional standards and ethics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience.
  • Must have experience managing a team
  • Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
  • Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360
  • Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
  • MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
