We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform clinical services for participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
- Conduct assessments and interventions such as Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments, Home Modifications Assessments (including complex), Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments, Environmental Risk Assessments, and Skill building and ongoing therapy.
- Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or clinics.
- Resources provided for remote work.
- Client allocation near your home.
- Self-managed calendar for scheduling appointments.
- Part-time or reduced hours available.
You will have opportunities to develop your career pathways with us. This may include regional or interstate secondments, people management, specialisation in areas like paediatrics, home modifications, or mental health, and trying other clinical disciplines like Positive Behaviour Support or Rehabilitation Consulting.
