As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals to help them lead fulfilling lives.

  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Completed qualification of minimum Certificate III Disability or Individual Support (Ageing and Disability).
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable car.
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience when working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology such as smartphones, email, and internet.
  • A desire to join a team committed to caring for others in a mission-based organisation.
