Hospital Pharmacist Job Description

As a hospital pharmacist, you will be part of a supportive and values-driven environment where you can specialise and grow in your career. You will participate in clinical ward rounds, medication reviews, and support clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist, strong communication, clinical knowledge, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team is essential.
