Job Title: Senior Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our workplace health and safety initiatives. As a senior WHS business partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate key WHS projects and initiatives
  • Support the implementation of WHS strategy and framework
  • Provide expert advice on WHS systems, contractor management, and injury management
  • Coach and mentor people leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk management
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and contribute to broader HR programs
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in WHS (minimum)
  • Broad experience in WHS roles within large, diverse organisations
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and practical application
  • Experience in workers' compensation and return-to-work planning
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects from end-to-end
