Senior Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our workplace health and safety initiatives. As a senior WHS business partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate key WHS projects and initiatives
- Support the implementation of WHS strategy and framework
- Provide expert advice on WHS systems, contractor management, and injury management
- Coach and mentor people leaders
- Drive continuous improvement and risk management
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and contribute to broader HR programs
- Certificate IV in WHS (minimum)
- Broad experience in WHS roles within large, diverse organisations
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and practical application
- Experience in workers' compensation and return-to-work planning
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead projects from end-to-end
