Job Summary

As a Data Insights Professional, you will partner with business stakeholders to define metrics and reporting requirements. You will facilitate data analysis to identify trends and patterns and generate insights for business units and senior leadership.

The role offers a brilliant opportunity to have an impact by influencing and creating a data-driven culture across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to connect, visualise and interpret data.
  • Employ appropriate techniques in conjunction with software & tools to gather information from multiple sources and segment these into different avenues.
  • Document business processes, including touchpoints, workflows, segmentation and conversion within the digital ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a data analyst or equivalent roles.
  • Hands on technical skills and experience in Business Intelligence tools; Power BI & Tableau.
  • Experience in Cloud Platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL and writing SQL scripts.
  • Consulting experience is advantageous.
