The Opportunity

This role is central to embedding a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and proactive risk management across the organization.

As a champion of organizational compliance, you will lead the implementation of our Risk Management Framework and internal Quality Management System (QMS).

You will oversee incident, complaint, audit, and accreditation processes and advise executive leaders on emerging risks, governance obligations, and compliance strategies.

Engaging with regulators and funders to ensure high standards of service quality and safety is also an essential aspect of this role.

Fostering a culture of risk awareness, transparency, and accountability is key to success in this position.

Your Skills and Expertise
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Risk, Quality, Governance, Law, or Health.
  • Extensive senior experience in compliance, quality, or risk roles within regulated sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of frameworks such as NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, HACCP, ISO9001, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and promote cultural change.
  • Exposure to both health and manufacturing/packaging environments.
  • Experience in policy development, systems implementation, and Board-level reporting.
